3rd degree Lotus Club BJJ Black Belt Juliano Prado shows nogi choke
In this video Juliano Prado displays an option when an opponent defends the “Anaconda” Choke. Juliano displays the technique on professional MMA fighter Ray Elbe, the head coach of MMA Phuket and Tiger Muay Thai and MMA training camp, Phuket, Thailand.
Professor Juliano Prado holds a third degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and began his career in Brazil under Master Moises Muradi, founder of the celebrated Lotus Club BJJ. Juliano is a decorated Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitor, as well as the former Gladiator Challenge Lightweight Champion (MMA) and a black belt in Judo.
Recently, Juliano was named as one of the coaches for the United States Grappling Team. This team was comprised of athletes from all over the country and in September 2007 they swept all 9 gold medals at the Grappling World Championships in Antalya, Turkey. Juliano has trained with some of the world’s top fighters, including UFC lightweight champion B.J. Penn, former UFC light heavyweight champion Tito Ortiz, former UFC light heavyweight champion Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson and many others.
