Cyrus wins rematch with jumping knee KO @ Patong
Tiger Muay Thai and MMA training camp fighter, Cyrus Washington, scored a rematch win over Tonpet on the evening of September 18, 2008 at Patong’s Muay Thai Stadium. Cyrus, out of fighting for a month + and rehabbing a knee injury, looked good in his return scoring several nice kicks before landing the jumping knee to the chest . solar plexus of Tonpet near the end of round 1. This makes the fighters 1-1 and sets up a grudge match between the tough Muay Thai veteran and the dangerous Jeet Koon Do Black belt.
