Elena (Tiger Muay Thai) TKO’s Rawai’s Lidsey in 4th round wins Championship
Elena, fighting for Tiger Muay Thai and MMA training Camp, Phuket, Thailand takes on one of Rawai’s best female Muay Thai fighters giving up lot of experience and little weight weight, but had the height advantage, but shows her conditioning, technique and desire to win a 4th round TKO stoppage by referee at Bangla Stadium, Jan 16, 2009 and winning the Bangla title from the Rawai fighter. Elena looks great after spending last year training MMA-style fighting in Sweden and competing in only her 4th Muay thai fight and is at Tiger Muay Thai cross training working on her striking skills to prepare for professional MMA fight in Sweden. Congrats to both fighters. Lidsay showed the heart of a warrior, but Elena was a a little too fast and showed better technique.
