Heavy Bag punching drill for beginners to advanced fighters. This simple heavy bag drill is much more then just a workout, its drilled for muscle memory, this drill teaches your body to turn your hips over fluently while turning your fist over upon striking the bag and always keeping you on your toes.
This drill was filmed in the beginners training section of Tiger Muay Thai & MMA Training Camp, Phuket, Thailand. Here at TMT we drill this twice a day (Morning & Afternoon session) at the end of each class. Practice make perfect!
