This match took place in the semi final round of the World Series of Grappling- a RATED event put on by Grappler’s Quest. Close to 1200 grapplers showed up to participate in the event, which was held inside the Texas Station Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
Tiger Muay Thai and MMA Training camp, Phuket, Thailand MMA head coach Ray Elbe loses to Martinez, the eventual tournament champion 3-0, before going on to win one more match-earning him the tournaments bronze medal. Following his Championship performance at the World Series Of Grappling Martinez was promoted to BJJ Brown Belt by Millennia BJJ.
