Tiger Muay Thai and MMA training camp, Phuket, Thailand instructional technique video: Front kick respond with low kick by Lumpinee Champion Kru Goi, Kru Phet, and Kru Kay.

1. Catch opponents “Teep” or front kick stepping slightly backward to lessen impact and power.
2. Step across opponents body putting hand on chest (as demonstrated)
3. Follow with low kick as you push opponent with hand taking off balance and onto the canvas.
