Tiger Muay Thai Tour
Tiger Muay Thai & MMA is a multi-award winning gym based in the beautiful tropics of Phuket, Thailand. Tiger’s head MMA Coach and UFC veteran Brian Ebersole takes us on a tour of the camp, looking at all four muay thai areas, the MMA cage, the indoor wrestling/BJJ room, the indoor weight training room, the bodyfit/strength & conditioning area, the grill, the front office, the gear/supplement shop and all three types of in camp accommodation.
