Ultimate Fighter 12 Contestant JJ Ambrose MMA session @ Tiger Muay Thai
JJ Ambrose training at Tiger Muay Thai & MMA Training Camp, Phuket, Thailand in our afternoon MMA class. JJ Ambrose was a contestant on the Ultimate Fighter season 12 on Spike TV. The show featured 28 of the best up-and-coming MMA fighters in the Lightweight division competing for a six-figure contract with the preeminent MMA organization in the world, the UFC. As in prior seasons, 14 of the competitors were required to win a preliminary bout to gain a place in the TUF house and a chance to be coached by either GSP or Josh Koscheck. With a professional MMA record of 14-3 and a veteran of Affliction and the Total Combat fight promotions he trains out of the American Kickboxing Academy in San Jose, alongside former TMT guests Kyle Kingsburrry, Bobby Southworth, Mike Swick, Nate Moore, and Jon Fitch. Ambrose will be staying 3 weeks as he prepares for his next MMA bout.
